About
From a young age, Rosalie Maduro was fascinated by how people adapt, grow, and find meaning through challenge. Today, she helps clients heal from trauma and build lives rooted in clarity, resilience, and authentic connection.
Rosalie’s professional journey began at George Washington University, where she rose from intern to Acting Director of Career Counseling while earning her degree in Mechanical Engineering. She spent more than a decade leading teams and cross-cultural partnerships in the global development, technology, and design sectors, collaborating with organizations such as BMW, Gucci, and NBC. These experiences revealed how deeply people crave meaningful relationships, purpose, and genuine self-expression.
Today, Rosalie Maduro is a trauma therapist, coach, and creator of The Maduro Method, an integrated approach to healing and growth. Her work helps clients regulate their nervous systems, examine the beliefs shaping their lives, and consciously reauthor the stories they live by.
Rosalie blends mind-body approaches with evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Therapy, EMDR, TRM, IFS, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed yoga. She helps individuals, couples, and adolescents regulate their nervous systems, process difficult experiences, and reclaim agency in their lives. She works closely with BIPOC, AAPI, Filipinx, and LGBTQIA+ communities, creating safe spaces to release old patterns, rebuild trust in themselves, and move toward wholeness.
Based between Los Angeles and Park City, Rosalie brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work. A mother, dog lover, and traveler, she believes that meaningful change happens through small, intentional shifts, the kind that help people move from surviving to thriving.
