She began her career as an intern and eventually became the Acting Director of Career Counseling at George Washington University while completing her Mechanical Engineering degree, an early foundation in helping others navigate growth, transition, and purpose.

Rosalie’s career spanned the World Bank Group, where she advocated for more than 3,000 consultants worldwide, and leadership roles at Blackboard, MindMatics, and iconmobile GmbH. She led diverse teams of creatives, engineers, and strategists, and cultivated partnerships with world-renowned brands including BMW, Gucci, Kodak, Citibank, Macy’s, Nokia, Accenture, AKQA, Endemol, NBC, and BET. Her approach empowers individuals, couples, and adolescents, particularly from BIPOC, AAPI, Filipinx, and LGBTQIA+ communities, to build clarity, balance, and authentic connection.

A mother, dog lover, and avid traveler, Rosalie divides her time between Los Angeles, California and Park City, Utah, bringing a calm, compassionate presence to clients ready to transform stress into strength and live fully aligned lives.
